Formation uses a variety of techniques to engage managers and leaders. We know that truly inspiring training can improve the quality of leadership within the children and young peoples’ workforce.
We deliver tried-and-tested leadership and management theory in exciting, creative ways, but… we don’t promote creative techniques for the sake of it.
Our focus is on learning techniques that surprise and engage learners. So, for example, when we talk about using storytelling as a learning aid, we do it because we know it works. It gives learners new perspectives that help open their eyes to new ways of working.

Rigid course structures with people sitting listening to a trainer rarely work. Training needs to be flexible to adjust for interaction, questions and developments along the way. Participants on our sessions are given time to share their experience and work on new ideas with peers to get the most from the sessions.

What kind of training do you need?
You can book a single twilight, a standalone full or half day training, or a longer leadership programme.
