Formation is an award winning training company. We are passionate about making a difference. We are delighted that our approach has resulted in several local, regional and national awards, in categories such as ‘Commitment to the Community’ ‘Excellence in People Development’ and ‘Green Award.’
Making a difference
Formation Training wouldn’t exist if we didn’t believe we could make a real difference to your organisation. Since 1997 we have been working to develop people to be the very best they can be.

Working with you
Our team is friendly and approachable. As well as lead trainers, we have a UK wide pool of associate trainers, to provide excellent capacity. An experienced and capable support team provides support for our trainers in respect of preparing materials, arranging logistics and supporting project activities. This means that you can rest assured that we can respond quickly and efficiently to your queries and requirements.

As well as helping you look after your staff, we do everything we can to look after ours. We believe that businesses can and should be a key driver in effecting positive change. We do our bit by promoting positive work life balance, reducing our environmental impact and volunteering in our community. Every member of the team has access to learning and development. We offer a range of family-friendly policies. We work in our local community to develop enterprise skills, support mock interviews, and host undergraduate placements. A number of our team volunteer as School Governors.
